How long will my order take?

If the items you wish to order are in stock, please allow 3-5 business days although most orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days. If the items you wish to order are not in stock, a member of our customer services team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm when to expect delivery.

Which courier will Mindvision use?

Each item will be dispatched using only a Mindvision authorised courier. Smaller items may be dispatched using Royal Mail’s 1st class signed for service and if you have ordered a large item, we may use a reputable pallet company. If we can deliver your order by courier or by Royal Mail 1st class post, you will be asked to select your preferred option during the order process.

Delivery Charges: How much does delivery cost?

Each product will have a selection of delivery services; this is because items of higher weight and size can cost more to ship. Please note that we reserve the right to charge an additional fee if required in order to fulfil the delivery; for example, if your delivery is to a remote location.

Will I need to be in to accept delivery?

In order to complete the tracking, all of our items require a signature upon delivery. This is not required for orders sent by Royal Mail 1st Class delivery service.

Can I collect my item from Mindvision?

Yes. Our warehouse is based in Malmesbury, Wiltshire. You will need to contact us via email or telephone in order to book an appointment to collect.

My item hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

If items go missing in transit we will issue you a full refund or a replacement product.

Can I change my delivery address?

When a customer submits an order on our system, the delivery address will be verified.

As a measure to prevent fraud, Mindvision will be unable to amend the delivery address once it has been submitted and verified.

Our courier requires an adult to be at the delivery address to accept and sign for the delivery. If the customer will not be available to accept the delivery, another adult can accept the delivery on their behalf, provided that this is at the same address.

If no one will be available; it is likely that the courier will leave a card with contact details to rearrange the delivery.

Should the courier carry the item into my house?

No. It is the responsibility of the couriers to carry the item to your premises in good condition.

The courier should deliver your item to your front door or reception; they should not carry the item further than this point as this is not their responsibility to do so.

What does the delivery signature mean?

When you sign to receive an item, this means you are signing for it in good condition. This signature voids our insurance for damages on the item.

You need to check the item’s condition for any visible damage before you sign for it.
